convenient location, outdated furniture, strong cigarette odor
It would be wonderful to have spotless carpets and a working elevator!!! Additionally, the heating should be checked more frequently to avoid cold showers and discomfort for guests. Honestly, the entire hotel needs a thorough renovation!!!

Couple getaway gone wrong
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We walked into a horror flick with flickering lights as soon as we entered the hotel. What a welcome, right? But the AC in my room worked like a charm, keeping us cool during our stay.
Definitely not cheap, but it was acceptable.

Consider staying on a higher floor for a quieter experience and better views.

The location provides direct access to major roads, making it easy to continue your journey. The breakfast selection included basic options but provided a decent start to the day with ample seating available nearby.
Upon arrival, I faced an unexpected deposit charge despite having prepaid for the room. Staying on the 4th floor, the elevator malfunction left us with a long walk down—quite inconvenient for travelers with lots of bags. The hallway was cluttered with boxes, likely due to ongoing renovations, which made navigating a bit tricky. Additionally, traffic noise seeped in, disrupting the peace at night.

The bed was comfy and I actually slept well. However, the bathroom needs a serious cleaning, I was hesitant to use it. 🤢 Overall, decent for the price, but could use some updates.

The beds were super comfy, and we loved being just a quick drive away from the Maryland Theatre and the Hagerstown Suns Baseball Club. We enjoyed our downtime at the clean pool and spacious lobby.
Breakfast was a letdown. The selection didn't meet our expectations, and it ended way too early for us to enjoy.
